privacy policy last updated: 2026-10-28 this policy explains which personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are. it applies to this website, the waitlist, the customer portal and the autonomAS.net service. 1. who is responsible Simplysoft GmbH Englisch-Gruss-Strasse 38 3902 Brig-Glis Switzerland email: hello@autonomas.net we process personal data under the swiss federal act on data protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the eu general data protection regulation (GDPR). 2. visiting this website when you open a page, our web server receives your IP address, the time, the requested page, the referring page and your browser's user agent. we use these logs to run the website and to detect abuse. we delete them after 90 days at the latest. this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads no content from third parties. fonts and icons are served by our own server. 3. waitlist when you join the waitlist, we receive your email address and the answers you put in your email. we use them to invite you to the beta, to plan where we build capacity, and to answer your questions. we keep them until you ask us to remove you, or until the beta ends and you did not become a customer. 4. using the service when you use the customer portal and the service, we process: - your email address and account data (for sign-in and communication) - IP addresses of your tunnel endpoints (to build the tunnel) - BGP session data (peering information, announced prefixes) - service logs (for network operations and troubleshooting, kept up to 90 days) we keep account data while your account is active. network routing information, for example your announced prefixes, is visible to other networks as part of normal BGP operation. 5. legal basis (GDPR) - service and portal: performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) - waitlist: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time - server logs and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in a secure and stable service (art. 6(1)(f)) 6. who else receives data we do not sell your personal data. we run the website, the portal and the service on our own infrastructure. we use these providers: - Gandi SAS, France: domain name, DNS and email hosting. emails to hello@autonomas.net are stored with Gandi.
